/Temper units for temperature reduction applications.

Utilising the most modern and technologically advanced refrigeration systems designed specifically for Cool Energy and combined with the latest build & construction design technology, the BCFT range is a unique range of temperature reduction units with duty’s from 33, 63 & 100kW.

Blast chillers and freezers are suitable for many food production and process cooling requirements as well as many pharmaceutical applications. Tempering units are suitable where heat needs to be extracted or for controlled defrost. Each application has heat calculations to confirm the performance of the specified units. • Cold Store Design and Insulation One piece joint free vacuum pressed GRP panels, with high performance 150mm CFC free styrofoam core, not only give excellent thermal insulation, but ensure the highest level of hygiene. The internal protection system prevents internal wall damage and ensures maximum air-flow around the product.

• Refrigeration System
The very latest uniquely designed refrigeration system featuring the highly efficient Dorin tandem compressors and Kuba evaporator that is housed above the false ceiling perpendicular to the doors or via traditional floor mount. Both design options ensure that both the air in the 8, 20 and 26 pallet units travels the same and the shortest distance through the product and thus further reduces process times.

• Temperature Recorder

The option of a temperature recorder capable of providing the latest design in temperature recording and complies with all the latest EU directives of temperature monitoring. Pre-set high and low temperature alarms with push button operation, and the unique in-built Help Facility ensure user-friendly operation. Security protected clock with automatic winter/summer adjustment

• Lighting
Fluorescent lighting fitted in the ceiling coving provides the unit with above 300 Lux of light suitable for deep-frozen picking applications.

• Health and Safety and Preventative Damage Features
Every cold store unit is fitted with impact step protectors, lockable doors as standard. Emergency lighting, externally mounted audible and visible mantrap and temperature alarms, provide all the necessary safety features.

• Environmental
The proven refrigeration system and insulation combine to give the maximum efficiency and therefore reduced electrical power consumption.

• Options
Slide doors, ramps, dock level platforms, dual compartments and racking are available as options on every cold store unit.

• Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation team carry out all cold store installations. Pre-delivery site survey and inspections are carried out prior to each unit delivery.
