Need a Mould Temp or Thermoregulator Fast?

Cool Energy has a new rental service to help customers in a breakdown emergency or if they need to trial a process prior to full production.

Mould temperature controllers are now available to hire. The units help heat or temperature control injection moulding machines and can provide thermoregulation to oil or water heating processes such a jacketed vessels, printing presses and chocolate production.

Units are also now replacing steam as a more economic closer-control heating medium.

Cool Energy, who’s sister company Tricool Thermal manufacturers the units at it’s Southampton-based production facility, are offering a 3-96kW range of portable rental units ready for immediate hire.

Customers can choose from a range of 10 products offering oil heating up to 350°C, water heating to 160°C and a combination of both from one single unit.

The Cool Energy Mould Temp Range will help customers to manage a breakdown to their incumbent kit by renting one of our units, which can be delivered next day to anywhere in the UK.

As an alternative, we can also offer rental units to help with trials for pharmaceutical or chemical companies, where they don’t have to commit to capital plant until their NPD is complete and proven. We can rent a unit for as long as they need for very good rental rates.

Tricool Thermal’s product is British-made and has the benefit of 30 years experienced production and product control. All units are built within ISO9001 controls and CE marked.
