Mould temperature controllers are now available to hire. The units help heat or temperature control injection moulding machines and can providethermoregulation to oil or water heating processes such as jacketed vessels, printing presses and chocolate production.
Units are also now replacing steam as a more economic closer-control heating medium. They have been designed to offer excellent serviceability, the compact units can be positioned close to the element they are heating and can easily be relocated for alternative production lines. With minimal pipes and valves and a small reservoir tank the units operate at optimal energy efficiency.
Our range is built in the UK by our own manufacturing company Tricool Thermal. Units are available for hire from 9-48kW heating capacity. Water heaters can heat up to 95oC, pressurised water heaters offer temperatures up to 160oC while oil offers 350oC.
The Cool Energy Mould Temp Range help customers to manage a breakdown to their incumbent kit by renting one of our units, which can be delivered next day to anywhere in the UK.
As an alternative, we can also offer rental units to help with trials for pharmaceutical or chemical applications to support R&D budgets.
