Our buildings can be temperature controlled to a wide range including the maintenance of chilled temperatures (below 4°C) and warm storage to help provide the correct control for your products or personnel.

We can provide you or your clients with a temporary unit on a flexible basis to suit your production demands, seasonal turnover and short term emergency projects.

Cool Energy stores are provided in a variety of footprints and height options to help match your sites’ bespoke requirements.

Building Size Options

• Width in multiples of 5m sections
• Length in multiples of 5m sections
• Height up to roof slope (eaves) in 3.2m, 4.2m and 4.6m

Additional Features and Options

• A choice of roller shutter or rapid-release (1m/sec) doors.
• Racking up to 4 Pallet height to match your specific storage requirements.
• Temperature monitoring with alarms and measurement.
• Guttering to suit your drainage on site.
• Fully washable external and internal surfaces.
• Building can be easily affixed to most sites including tarmac, concrete and hardcore.
• Availability: the majority of our equipment is ex-stock and can be installed within 14 days.
• Lighting to suit your site with Hi-Lux supplied as standard with guard.
• Docking areas can be build and pallet/scissor lifts to assist with movement.

All buildings fully comply with British and EEC safety standard for structural integrity, fire and safety codes including General Snow Loading BS part 3 1988 and General wide Loading CP3 – Chapter V:PT2: 1972.
